What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a specific touch technique of applying pressure to reflex points of the feet and hands that correspond to all glands, organs and systems of the body, The physical act of applying specific pressure using thumb and fingers to these reflex areas results in improving circulation and reducing body stress, which promotes physiological changes in the body.

Reflexology is reported to relieve: back pain, digestive disorders, menstrual irregularities, and sinus problems. Reflexology also creates a sense of well being and overall calm, especially good for children, allowing for mental and physical decompression and improved energy flow.
